How to select the ring diameter?
Most of our customers use the 45mm diameter ring.
Anyways, there are other sizes available. Here is how you can choose the right diameter for you:

1. Take a 30 centimeters (12 inches) long string and place it around your scrotum and penis. Dont use anything elastic to get percise measurements.
2. Make a knot so the string is tight enough to make it difficult to slip a finger under it. Leave it on for 5 minutes
3. Cut the string with a pair of scissors, dont hurt yourself.
4. measure the length of the part that was around your penis and scrotum and choose the closest diameter
